The TMAM approach
Students learn practical martial arts in a structured, supportive environment. The physical skills matter, but so do confidence, discipline, resilience, focus and consideration for other people.
Self-defence is a last resort. Staying aware, avoiding danger, keeping control and making good decisions always come first.
Tom is a 3rd Dan Shorai International black belt and has taught in Mirfield for seven years. He leads the school alongside Mr Lukic, a 1st Dan black belt.
